Echolis is a place to reflect, with inner voices that answer. These terms say what you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and where the edges are. They are written to be read, not skimmed.

What Echolis is, and is not

Echolis is a tool for self-reflection. You write, and voices generated by an AI model respond in the roles of your inner parts. It can help you notice patterns and hear yourself more clearly.

It is not therapy, medical care or a diagnosis. Echolis does not replace a doctor, a therapist or a crisis line, and it cannot judge whether you are safe. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please stop and reach a person now: crisis support.

The voices are generated text. They can be wrong, incomplete or miss what matters. Nothing they say is advice, and decisions about your life stay yours.

Who can use Echolis

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are younger, please do not use Echolis; ask a trusted adult about support that fits your age.

What we ask you not to do

Your writing belongs to you

Everything you write stays yours. You give us only what we need to run the service: to store your entries, send them to the AI model that generates the voices, and show them back to you. We never use your writing to train models, sell it, or show it to anyone you have not chosen. You can export or delete it at any time. How we handle data is in the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

Practitioners

Echolis lets you share summaries with a practitioner (a therapist, counsellor or coach) you choose. Practitioners are independent professionals, not Echolis staff. Echolis is not the provider of their care and is not responsible for their advice or for the relationship between you. Sharing is your choice, only summaries are shared, and you can stop it at any moment.

Free trial and paid plans

An early prototype

Echolis is young and changes often. Features can be added, changed or paused, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will do our best to give notice before removing something you rely on, and you can always export your writing first.

Limits of our responsibility

Echolis is provided as it is, without promises of particular results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything connected to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can stop using Echolis whenever you like and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. When an account ends, its data is removed as described in the privacy page.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where Echolis is run. If something goes wrong, write to us first; most things can be settled with a conversation.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell you in the app or by email. Using Echolis after a change means you accept the new terms.
