You are not one voice.
You are a conversation.

Meet the parts of you that run your life. Echolis remembers every entry, every part, every pattern, across years.

Six ways to meet yourself

Beneath the surface, a multi-part simulation engine. To you, it feels simpler: different parts of you finally getting to speak.

Reflection

Write freely. The parts that are present speak, each in its own voice, and the Witnessing Self holds the whole.

Emotional Debugger

Something in you is reacting and you don't know why. Trace the chain: trigger, part, what it protects, what it needs.

Decision Council

Bring a decision you keep circling. Every part with a stake speaks before you choose.

Relationship Resonance

Two inner systems in conversation. See the loop between you and them, without assigning blame.

Evolution Tracking

Over months: which parts grow quiet, which are finally heard. Not metrics. Movement.

Dream Input

Share a dream as raw as it came. Read structurally, not symbolically, against everything you have written.

Two needs are pulling in different directions: the need to achieve, and the need to be held. Neither is wrong. One has been waiting longer.

Write a real moment

Something that confused you, stung, or stayed with you. Your parts will answer.

Private · Not stored · No account needed

Step 1 of 4

Create your space

A free account lets Echolis recognize you over time, so your parts, patterns, and progress stay connected to you.

Step 2 of 4

What brings you here?

This shapes how Echolis begins with you. You can always change it later.

Step 3 of 4

How do you want your reflections stored?

You can change this anytime in settings.

Step 4 of 4

Your journey ahead

Based on what you chose, here's how your Echolis may unfold over time. The more you share, the more of your Echolis becomes visible to you.

Each reflection helps the next one feel smarter. Echolis learns your language, your patterns, and your timing, so it can surface what you haven't noticed yet.

Step 2 of 3

What kind of work do you do?

This shapes the language Echolis uses in shared summaries and the structure of your dashboard. You can adjust this later in settings.

Verification (reviewed by a human)

Because practitioners see client summaries, we verify every practice account by hand. Share what identifies your practice - a license number, your professional body, or a public profile. You can start exploring right away; the verified badge follows.

Step 3 of 3

How this becomes part of your practice

Most therapists start with one client, see results within a few weeks, and expand from there. Here's what to expect.

Today
One client, one code
Your client creates an invite code in their own free account and hands it to you — consent built in from the first second. You redeem it in your Clients tab; they keep reflecting at their own pace, in their own space.
After 2–3 client entries
Your first brief takes shape
Pattern signals and journal summaries, grouped by week, with the frequency of active parts — never their raw writing. Enough to enter the room oriented instead of cold, with curiosity instead of conclusions.
After a few weeks
The dashboard learns your rhythm
Open it before each session: what your client shared since your last visit surfaces first, marked NEW. Recurring themes appear that they may not see yet — which situations wake the protector, when the wounded child speaks, how cycles shift.
Over months
Continuity that compounds
Weekly-grouped briefs become longitudinal arcs; a shared clinical picture builds between sessions. And when Echolis earns a place in your practice, refer a fellow practitioner — each verified referral earns you 14 free days of the plan.
Client accounts are always free. Practitioner early access is free while we build with you; pricing will be announced before anything changes.

Write freely. The parts that are present respond, and the Observer holds the whole.
● Free reflection

Your inner parts

You don’t have one voice inside, you have many. Each part has its own logic, its own fears, and its own way of protecting you. Here you can listen to them one at a time.

Select a part to read what it says when it takes over, and practice responding to it with awareness instead of reflex.
Have a dialogue , type a response and the part answers back. Over time, this changes how you relate to your own reactions.
Protector
Careful, structured, vigilant, always scanning for threats before they arrive.
Witness prompt
Can you stay with the part that is trying so hard to hold everything together?
Protector
I need you to understand, if I let go, everything falls apart. That's not a feeling. That's a fact.
I hear you. I know you've been carrying this for a long time.
Protector
You say that, but then you keep ignoring me until I have to scream.

Memory Atlas

Progress should feel like an unfolding story, not a score.

The hidden experience layer now also lives inside Memory. It appears automatically after 3 meaningful inputs, and you can revisit it here once it has formed.

Your protector tends to appear before difficult conversations. Your hidden part becomes louder when exhaustion is high.

Emotional movement: more witnessing, less self-denial. The wounded child surfaced twice this week, a sign of growing safety.

Emotional arcs
How your inner landscape has shifted over time
This week
The protector loosened slightly after you named the pressure without trying to fix it. First time the analyst stepped back.
Last week
Heaviness after interpersonal strain. Shutdown pattern activated. Inner criticism intensified before softening near the end of the reflection.
Two weeks ago
A moment of genuine witnessing, you stayed with the wounded child for the first time without rushing to solve it.
Pro · pricing TBA
Longer memory across sessions, emotional arcs over time, shadow access patterns, and the Inner Critic and Caretaker parts.
Deep · pricing TBA
Dream journaling, the Dreamer and Exile parts, user-created parts, long-range pattern bridges, and the full Echolis spatial map.

Patterns

Cycles that repeat across your reflections, surfaced over time.

Therapist sharing

You decide what's visible, when, and for how long. Your therapist sees summaries, never raw material.

Practice dashboard

A consent-based window into your clients' ongoing reflection - summaries only, never surveillance.

Your clients

Clients connect to you with an invite code they generate in their own account. You only ever see summaries they consented to share.

Connect with a practitioner

Share selected parts of your inner work with a practitioner you trust. They see summaries, never raw material.

Connect flow
How therapist and client accounts connect
Use a one-time invite code or a practitioner profile link. Both paths create the same secure connection, and the client keeps control over what becomes visible to you.
Path A, Therapist invites first
Therapist shares code or profile link → individual signs up → connection is created immediately → consent settings determine what becomes visible to the therapist later.
Path B, Individual starts alone first
Individual signs up alone → later chooses Connect with therapist → enters code or opens therapist profile link → the same relationship is established without losing prior reflections.
What the therapist sees
Shared briefs, recurring parts, emotional arcs, and selected excerpts, never everything by default.
Some things are easier to walk through than to explain.
